With over 600 players coming back from the dinner break, finding an indisputable chip leader at this point increases the difficulty factor, compared to a regular tournament, from “mildy tricky” to “Dark Souls 2”.

With that in mind, the ol’ rule of thumb is being used for people with stacks over the 100,000 mark which, at this moment in time, should provide a decent idea of who is doing well so far today.

Berardino Palmieri’s 340,800 is the target for everyone left

Seemingly leading at this point is Grzegorz Grochulski (155,000), the Polish player previously having had a couple of results at the EPT Prague festival last year, finishing 66th in the Eureka Prague Cup for €1,020 and 9th in the Turbo Omaha High/Low for €530.

Currently in second place is Jonatan Hellman (118,000), the Swede recently came third in the €1,000 Turbo Bounty at EPT Deauville for €8,240. Other big stacks are Domenico Gala (105,000), Guy Bachar (100,000) and Giuseppe Prisinzano (100,000) while Jamila von Perger (92,000) is not too far behind.
