At EPT11 Malta the High Roller carrying the price tag of €25,000 was deemed the ‘Special Added’ High Roller. Here at the PokerStars and Monte-Carlo®Casino EPT Grand Final the same event is merely the third High Roller of the week and the cheapest at that. It follows the €100,000 Super High Roller, won by Erik Seidel and the One-day €50K won by Mustapha Kanit.
Last year this event had 159 unique entries, 55 of whom reentered, and Philipp Gruissem beat Scott Seiver heads-up to win €993,963. Gruissem’s in form having won a €5,000 side-event last night and we’d expect the High Roller specialist to show up today to defend his title. The players will play ten one hour levels today and registration is open until the start of Day 2.
Follow all the action from the €10,000 Main Event on the Main Event page. Also watch on EPT Live. It’s also about time you downloaded the EPT app. There you will get all the latest news, chip counts and payouts. You can download it on Android or IOS.
