Home / Uncategorized / EPT Malta: The exciting Crazy Pineapple; Tough field in the €1,500 6-Max

Crazy Pineapple. For those situations where regular pineapple just won’t cut it.

The difference between the two is pretty simple, in regular Pineapple you are dealt three cards and discard one before the flop, in Crazy Pineapple the discard comes after the flop. On the surface of things, that isn’t particularly crazy, in fact holding onto the extra card until after the flop seems remarkably sensible. Crazy should be a word reserved for Nicolas Cage performances.

The other event that has just gotten under way is the €100 Super Holdem Turbo. There are 17 players so far including Kenny Hallaert. This event features unlimited €50 rebuys. For those of you wondering what Super Holdem is, it’s similar to Pineapple and Sensible Crazy Pineapple except there are no discards and all three cards from your hand play.
